These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and responsibilities of clients by Texas Drip Holdings ("we," "us," or "our"). By making an inquiry and subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments through secure processors.

2. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation Fees: If cancellations is made within the same day of the subscription.

Cancellation Fees Applies: If cancellations is made past 24 hours after the subscription. The client will be charged 25% of the total subscription amount.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Texas Drip Holdings shall not be held liable for, and expressly disclaims responsibility regarding:

a. The effectiveness, performance, or results of any marketing campaigns, including but not limited to the failure to generate leads, sales, or desired outcomes.

b. Any compliance, regulatory, or legal issues arising from the client’s use of our services, including but not limited to violations of applicable laws, industry regulations, or third-party agreements.

c. Any data breaches, cyberattacks, hacking incidents, or other security-related issues occurring on the client’s systems, platforms, or accounts outside of Texas Drip Holdings’ direct control.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
